Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
  • Proven success in sales, prospect conversion, or customer engagement
  • Confidence appearing in and creating digital and social media content
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing regulations
  • Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site leasing performance and conversion strategy
  • Partner with centralized leasing and on-site teams to maximize traffic and occupancy
  • Track leasing trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback — then turn insights into action
  • Act as the community’s chief storyteller across tours, social media, and events
  • Create and appear in photo/video content for marketing and digital platforms
  • Build a strong online reputation by encouraging positive reviews and engagement
  • Host resident events that build connection, loyalty, and retention
  • Serve as the escalation point for resident and prospect concerns, ensuring thoughtful resolution
  • Maintain a visible, approachable presence within the community
  • Lead outreach efforts with local businesses, employers, and organizations
  • Represent the community at local events and networking opportunities
  • Identify partnerships that strengthen brand awareness and leasing momentum
