The Sales Manager is responsible for and will lead our high-performing sales team. This strategic leader will oversee sales operations, manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, and ensure alignment with company goals and values. The Sales Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, finance, systems teams, and key stakeholders to drive performance, support market expansion, and uphold a culture of accountability, innovation, and integrity. The Sales Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
