This includes developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profit targets, establishing and tracking sales goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial end users, contractors, and the engineering community, and collaborating with internal operations teams. The manager will also monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes, effectively communicate value propositions, and identify market forces influencing account strategies.
