Position Overview
The Sales Manager leads the sales team by ensuring that monthly targets are achieved, nurturing and developing team talent, and effectively implementing sales processes. This role is key in planning, executing, and assessing sales strategies while promoting a culture of excellence. Additionally, the Sales Manager may step in as a Sales Executive to assist with vital accounts and high-stakes deals when necessary.

Requirements

• B2B sales experience (5+ years)
• Leadership experience with a team of 5+
• Experience building a team from nothing
• New sales development (5+ years)
• Strong prospecting background (Internal phone/emails and field prospecting)
• Experience in coaching, developing reps in the field
• Experience working with cross functional departments (operations/accounting)
