About The Position

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and supporting a team of Account Managers. This role focuses on coaching and developing the team to strengthen client relationships, increase deal conversion, and accelerate pipeline opportunities. The Sales Manager ensures alignment across sales and marketing efforts, enhances buyer engagement, and improves overall team effectiveness and efficiency. The Account Manager team manages an assigned portfolio of existing sign company clients, with a focus on maintaining and growing long-term relationships. This role is fully on-site in our Dallas office. Our Team thrives on in-office collaboration and real-time work, with standard hours Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager with consistent success in meeting or exceeding targets, backed by 6+ years of sales experience (preferably in Account Management) and at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense.
  • Excellent recruiting, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve KPIs, delivering consistent month-over-month growth by effectively managing, coaching, and developing the Account Management team.
  • Skilled in pipeline management; conducting reviews, prioritizing books of business, and creating strategies that accelerate deal conversion and revenue growth.
  • Ability to design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base, increase market exposure, and align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales processes, team performance, and buyer engagement; able to identify strengths, address gaps, and optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Experience preparing and delivering accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Perform additional duties, as assigned.
