The Sales Manager will lead the day-to-day sales operations for Richland Glass, overseeing a team focused on the growth of existing key accounts and the development of new business opportunities within our core-four markets with an emphasis on expanding within the Life Sciences market. This individual will focus on expanding customer relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring effective use of CRM and ERP systems to drive results. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong people skills, keen analytical mind who can articulate data through KPI reporting, and a deep knowledge of the glass industry.
