About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Manager specialized in Wholesales </b>of fresh products. You will be responsible of overseeing and expanding our wholesale trading business. As well as managing relationships with wholesalers, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth trading processes that align with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven and managerial experience in sales management, in wholesale or trading.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Experience in Fresh Industry.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office advanced (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good fruit marketing knowledge and high degree of product knowledge.
  • ERPs, CRMs and business processes experience
  • Target driven
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical skills.
  • Very strong customer service and expectation management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Detail and results orientated.
  • Conscientious, structured approach to ensure implementation of tasks (drive)

Responsibilities

  • Develop the wholesale strategy for the Americas region:
  • Open, select and train business partners to fulfill the strategy
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase wholesale trading volume
  • Maintain updated intelligence on market dynamics
  • Analyze and determine competitive product pricing
  • Develop and manage targets and budget
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Contribute to and deliver on the Global Sales Strategy and Sales targets
  • Timely movement of fruit and achieving competitive prices:
  • Build and execute sales plan for each wholesale partner
  • Support inventory management process by identifying fruit appropriate for wholesale
  • Coordinate transactions quickly and in a profitable manner.
  • Close out transactions in timely manner using UE approved business practices.
