About The Position
Edwards Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for an Sales Manager for our new inventory sales team! The Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising the sales team to include training and improving overall sales results.
Requirements
- Previous Automotive Sales management is preferred
- Previous Automotive Sales experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be organized and detailed
- Time efficiency is a must
- Reliable work history
Responsibilities
- Meets monthly sales & CSI goals for the dealership
- Develop, trains, and supervises the sales team to ensure excellent results
- Assists sales team with completing and processing sales
- Works with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversees department inventory
- Attend required company and manufacturer training
