General Summary The Sales Manager is a manager-level role, responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and managing key specialty and core accounts while supporting the broader sales strategy of the organization in the majors & value channels. This position is based out of the Irvine office and requires travel. The Sales Manager will work closely with internal leadership, external sales representatives, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies, manage sales performance, and support value and major accounts in partnership with the Vice President of Sales. This role requires strong initiative, sales leadership, relationship management, strategic planning capabilities, analysis of sales/stock and other financial metrics.
