About The Position

Expo Home Improvement is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Direct Sellers focused on driving revenue, meeting sales goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for a results-driven sales professional who excels at coaching, performance management, and execution. Sales Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Direct Sellers Set clear sales goals, performance expectations, and accountability standards Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to improve individual and team results Conduct regular team meetings to align on priorities, performance, and strategy Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Partner with Marketing to align sales efforts with lead generation and promotions Identify new opportunities to grow market share and customer base Monitor market trends and adjust sales tactics to remain competitive Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion rates Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and insights for leadership Customer Relationship Management Ensure the sales team delivers a high-quality customer experience from first contact to close Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution Collaborate with Operations to support smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction Partner with Recruiting to support hiring and onboarding of new sales talent Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Coordination Work closely with the Marketing team to generate qualified leads and promote new products/services. Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Partner with the Recruitment team to hire new sales talent as needed. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance improvements.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
