About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive our frontline sales team of 5–12 representatives. This role is the operational heartbeat of the sales organization—balancing people leadership with process discipline to achieve measurable results. You will: Translate senior leadership strategy into actionable daily execution Own pipeline management, CRM utilization, and team performance Coach, develop, and hold sales reps accountable to goals, processes, and standards "Field first" sales leadership role - Do ride-alongs with reps, walk jobs, and review estimating worksheets Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years leading sales teams, in construction or related B2B service industries
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven ability to enforce process rigor while earning team trust
  • Exceptional analytical, coaching, and communication skills
  • Hands-on, tactical approach with a track record of achieving measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and refine a proven sales process
  • Ensure clarity at every stage of the pipeline with documented expectations and accountability
  • Drive adoption and compliance across the sales team
  • Manage CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and operational tools
  • Conduct pipeline reviews, address gaps, and enforce corrective actions
  • Track KPIs, provide visibility across the team, and drive continuous improvement
