The company is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow their sales team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and developing future leaders within the organization.

Requirements

• One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
• Ride alongs and in field coaching
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals
