Requirements
- One-call close experience in Exterior or Interior Remodeling (required — this is non-negotiable)
- 3+ years in sales
- 1+ year in a sales management role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- The leadership instincts, coaching ability, and communication skills to build and drive a team
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach your sales reps through classes, workshops, and field development
- Lead weekly meetings, track performance metrics, and drive quota achievement
- Manage schedules, complete cancel-save appointments, and keep the operation running
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
