About The Position

Are you a proven leader with a passion for sales and team success? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales department. In this role, you’ll drive performance, coach and develop a high-achieving team, and help grow the dealership’s reputation for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of automotive sales experience, including leadership or management roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the sales floor, including new and pre-owned vehicle departments
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
  • Monitor sales performance, CRM activity, and customer follow-ups
  • Work closely with the Finance and Service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Create and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and inventory to maintain a competitive edge
  • Assist with closing deals and building lasting customer relationships
  • Recruit and onboard top sales talent
  • Other duties as assigned by management
