Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with finance management experience
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds and experiences
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Possess a driver's license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the sales division.
