About The Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Farmington Hills, a 163 apartment independent living community, you will partner with another sales manager and be a: Guide for families and older adults — You’ll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. Team player — You’ll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations. Partner — You’ll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
Valid driver’s license
Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
