We are looking for a confident, positive, high-energy sales manager to help lead our sales team. We will consider all levels of management experience. We have a very astute, highly experienced management team. You will learn and thrive from the best here. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Manage day-to-day sales operations and achieve performance goals.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., VinSolutions) to drive engagement, follow-up, and retention.
- Implement equity mining strategies to increase sales opportunities.
- Support and deliver ongoing sales training and coaching.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on pricing, merchandising, and inventory.
- Foster a transparent, ethical, customer-first culture.
