Requirements

• Experience: Required experience in Hotel Sales and/or Catering Sales.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership: Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Education: College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Delphi.fdc is a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Proactive Outreach: Lead active prospecting efforts, including outbound sales and strategic outreach to generate new business.
• Community Presence: Represent us at trade shows, mixers, and chamber events to build local and regional relationships.
• Full-Cycle Service: Detail, service, and deliver group rooms and catering business while upselling additional services to maximize revenue.
• Guest Advocacy: Achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction by developing deep relationships with clients and managing every event detail.
• Flexibility & Travel: Ability to travel for events (including transporting materials) and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
