Responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to - supervision, management and training of sales staff; development and marketing of product lines, both current and future; development and execution of promotions and activities to increase sales and market penetration; as well as, development of contracts and relationships with key accounts. Also, this position requires an ongoing focus on customer service levels and performance to insure customer expectations are met, or exceeded. QualificationsSomeone with a strong sales background and knowledge of lumber products/building materials would be ideal. Some locations also have Engineered Wood products. Some exposure to the areas of our business would be a plus as well.
