Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop HVAC comfort advisors and sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs, and hold the team accountable to results
  • Ride along with sales team members to provide in-field coaching, feedback, and ongoing development
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring consistent execution and a high standard of customer experience
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dispatch teams to align lead flow, installation capacity, and revenue goals
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and strategic planning
  • Ensure all proposals, financing options, and system recommendations are accurate, ethical, and aligned with company standards
