About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience training HVAC Technicians to sell residential HVAC systems.
  • Plumbing license required .

Nice To Haves

  • Class B HVAC Contractors License a plus.
  • NATE certification a plus.
  • B i-lingual with English and Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of fleet dispatch and logistics is a plus.
  • Class B HVAC Contractors License preferred .
  • Electrical license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example how to sell residential HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) , Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
  • Develop sales training materials for use within HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical department s.
  • Create and lead sales classes with groups of 12-15 Technicians.
  • Recruit, train, and retain Sales Technicians.
  • Motivate, manage, and discipline Technicians.
  • Review and Approve Technician time and payroll.
  • Manage key financial objectives (gross profit, operating profit, etc.).
  • Address customer complaints related to field operations.
  • Oversee all subcontract charges and material charges.
  • Assure adherence to all TDLR and Texas Plumbing Board governances.
  • Any other duties as required by management team.
