The Sales Manager is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure, responsible for designing the sales organizational structure and staffing, developing the sales strategy and customer base, and overseeing all sales activity. This role also involves assisting with establishing individual sales quotas and goals, and providing sales training and support. Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will manage a team of Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Inside Sales/Customer Service Reps, Outside Sales Reps, and Estimators within an assigned geographic territory, supporting construction-based customers. Jensen Infrastructure, founded in 1968, supports communities across Nevada, California, Arizona, Washington, Missouri, and Hawaii by building infrastructure components like culverts, underground utility boxes, and manholes.
