About The Position

HANSEL FORD OF NAPA IS LOOKING FOR A TOP PERFORMING, PROCESS-DRIVEN AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER!! This is a unique opportunity for the right individual. Pay Range The Sales Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $68,640 to $200,000.00+. We are part of a family owned and operated multiple-franchise auto dealer group in California's beautiful Wine Country. We operate nine dealerships representing eleven of the top new automotive brands in the world. As a leader in the automotive industry for over 50 years in the North Bay, we've dedicated ourselves to providing an exceptional experience for our customers and our employees. Pay Defined: The Sales Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $5720.00 mo. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.

Requirements

  • Sales management experience mandatory
  • Strong communication skills
  • Use initiative and sound independent judgment within established guidelines
  • Prioritize work and coordinate several activities
  • Ability to calculate figures and finances
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Pass a criminal background screening
  • Pass a drug test

Responsibilities

  • Encourage and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
  • Engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross
  • Demonstrate a Professional management
  • Set an example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction
  • Generate future leads
  • Support other operational units to achieve maximum return for the dealership
  • Maintain our historically consistent Volume and Gross
