Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B or B2C environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, team development, and deal-making
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the ingredient or protein industry is a strong plus
  • MBA a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives

  • Serve as the face of the company at events, meetings, and presentations
  • Partner with marketing, finance, operations, and product teams
  • Align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product roadmaps
  • Share market insights to inform business decisions and offerings
  • Use Salesforce to manage pipelines, track performance, and forecast growth
  • Ensure data accuracy and promote CRM best practices across the team
  • Analyze trends to identify opportunities and solve challenges proactively
