Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a powersports dealership is strongly desired, however, similar industries will be considered
  • A minimum of 2+ years in a retail management role, Harley-Davidson experience is a plus
  • Experience in F&I
  • Strong personal interest in and knowledge of powersports
  • CRM/DMS/Desking experience
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Motorcycle endorsement preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Consistent and stable work history
  • Must have a strong knowledge of the powersports market and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data

Nice To Haves

  • Harley-Davidson experience is a plus
  • Motorcycle endorsement preferred

Responsibilities

  • Implement & execute retail best practices to drive company sales objectives.
  • Support all sales department-related activities: desk management to include deal structuring, presenting numbers, closing deals, daily sales meetings, sales process training, showroom floor, and inventory management.
  • Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of sales teams.
  • Ensure that all sales teams meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, and closes.
  • Lead Daily Sales Meetings
  • Ensure all staff are trained in accordance with the training programs provided.
  • Assist with setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals
  • Ensure customer care and satisfaction by ensuring best practices and promptly resolving customer concerns/questions
  • Identify any daily variances in key performance indicators and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage new and pre-owned inventory
