About The Position

Homewood Suites Carmel, part of Schahet Hotels, is seeking a Sales Manager to join its growing Sales team. Requirements

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

2+ years of hotel experience preferred
Hotel Sales Experience a plus
Experience with Hilton systems (OnQ, RFP platforms) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Generate new business and maintain existing accounts to maximize hotel revenue
Execute sales strategies to support overall hotel profitability
Conduct outside sales calls, site visits, and networking within the local market
Respond to RFPs, negotiate rates, and secure contracts
Collaborate with the General Manager on hotel-level business planning, including sales goals and strategies
Support and mentor team members through coaching and shared best practices
Track and manage sales activities using CRM systems
Represent the hotel at community and industry events
