About The Position

The Sales Manager is responsible to lead our sales team and enhance our customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales, leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of sales management.

Requirements

2-5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
Valid driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in supply chain, finance, and insurance is preferred.
OEM expertise is a plus.
Multilingual candidates are preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve high performance and meet goals.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging team collaboration and development.
Desk deals effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Provide guidance on inventory controls, pricing strategies, and vehicle appraisals.
Address customer escalations and inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and follow-up through CRM systems and e-leads.
Conduct regular training sessions for sales consultants to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Develop and implement ongoing improvement opportunities for the sales process and team performance.
Ensure the lot presentation is visually appealing and reflects the quality of our vehicles.
Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote vehicle inventory and dealership events.
