About The Position

Car Pros Auto Group is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for managing daily sales operations, driving performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with dealership experience, a passion for developing people, and a proven track record of achieving sales and CSI goals. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager in a dealership environment (required)
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Must pass pre-employment screening including: Driving record/insurability check, Background check, Drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Direct, manage, and support a team of sales professionals
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing sales staff
  • Develop, motivate, and coach the sales team on a daily basis
  • Ensure all sales staff meet minimum sales quotas and CSI standards
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to improve results and promote sales growth
  • Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews for all team members
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including volume and sales forecasts
  • Manage inventory mix and product distribution as applicable
  • Ensure compliance with all legal selling practices and advertising guidelines
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance and sales targets
  • Maintain company policies regarding non-discrimination and harassment
  • Foster a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
  • Address and report any policy violations appropriately
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
