About The Position

StretchLab Norfolk is seeking a sales-driven leader to establish, expand, and manage its new studio in Norfolk, VA. StretchLab is a leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, founded by experts from the Personal Training industry. They offer various services to help clients "Live Long" and have a team of professionals certified in fields like physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, and pilates. The company's proprietary Flexologist training ensures high-quality stretching sessions. This role is a hands-on leadership position, not a desk job, focusing on driving memberships, fostering community relationships, and leading a high-performing team. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who excels in sales, enjoys leading people, and wants to directly influence revenue and growth within a fast-growing wellness brand.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales or membership-based business
• Experience leading a team (fitness, retail, or service industry)
• Comfortable being hands-on in sales every day
• Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills
• Self-starter who can operate independently and drive results
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or helping people feel better

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and revenue growth (this is your #1 priority)
• Execute local marketing + community outreach to generate leads
• Build partnerships with nearby businesses and organizations
• Own the sales process from lead intro member conversion
• Hire, train, and lead Sales Associates and Flexologists
• Manage day-to-day studio operations and performance metrics
• Track KPIs using ClubReady and make data-driven decisions
