About The Position

StretchLab Norfolk is looking for a sales-driven leader to build, grow, and run our business in our brand new studio in Norfolk, VA! StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to "Live Long". StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields – physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, pilates, and more – and brought in the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist training ensures that their clients receive a world-class stretching session. This is not a “sit behind a desk” management role - this is a hands-on leadership position focused on driving memberships, building community relationships, and leading a high-performing team. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements

  • Proven success in sales or membership-based business
  • Experience leading a team (fitness, retail, or service industry)
  • Comfortable being hands-on in sales every day
  • Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and drive results
  • Interest in fitness, wellness, or helping people feel better

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales and revenue growth (this is your #1 priority)
  • Execute local marketing + community outreach to generate leads
  • Build partnerships with nearby businesses and organizations
  • Own the sales process from lead → intro → member conversion
  • Hire, train, and lead Sales Associates and Flexologists
  • Manage day-to-day studio operations and performance metrics
  • Track KPIs using ClubReady and make data-driven decisions
