We’re looking for a Sales Manager SMB focused on Independent Dealerships to take charge of our North American outbound sales efforts. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a growing team of SMB sellers who fuel our pipeline and power our growth. As Team Lead, you’ll inspire, coach, and empower your team to consistently hit (and exceed) goals, drive best practices in outreach and prospecting, and play a key role in shaping the future of our sales organization. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to motivate and scale a top-performing team directly accelerates our growth in North America.
