Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous automotive sales management experience required
  • Proven ability to close deals and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to think quickly and problem-solve
  • Innovative mindset to build new opportunities for the dealership
  • Basic MS Office skills and general computer, internet, and math proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the New & Used Sales teams
  • Drive profitability in both New and Pre-Owned vehicle departments
  • Improve customer retention and satisfaction
  • Set, monitor, and maintain performance standards
  • Identify new opportunities to grow sales and enhance the customer experience
