About The Position

Our single origin olive oils are just that, and they come in an easy-to-use squeeze bottle that makes everything more fun. Graza is looking for a Sales Manager, Natural Channel to join our growing team, on a mission to unlock incremental distribution and maximum growth in the Olive Oil category, as well as exciting new future categories. Graza is seeking a Sales Manager to own day-to-day management of our natural channel retail accounts. This role is responsible for owning distribution, velocity, and partnership across a portfolio of natural and specialty retailers including INFRA, NCG, Lund's & Byerly's, Gelson's, Erewhon, Nugget, Earth Fare, and more. This role will also play a role in supporting our total Natural Channel strategy, including supporting Whole Foods and Sprouts as needed. The Sales Manager will be a proactive, relationship-driven team player who is comfortable managing multiple retail partners simultaneously, working cross-functionally to support account needs, and delivering results in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CPG sales, with a focus on Natural and/or Specialty retail
  • Experience selling at the headquarter level required
  • Familiarity with Natural Channel retailers and the distributor-driven model (KeHE, UNFI)
  • Strong relationship builder with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Highly organized and able to manage a complex account portfolio independently
  • Understanding of retailer portals and data tools, including syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development
  • Willingness and ability to travel to support account meetings, trade shows, and market visits
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships with Natural Channel headquarter contacts and manage broker network performance
  • Drive distribution of new items through creating new item selling decks, selling assortments at headquarter level, securing promotional programming, and supporting shelf placement and planogram execution
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the Graza business within existing accounts and expand into new doors or categories
  • Coordinate with distributor partners (KeHE, UNFI) to ensure accurate ordering, inventory flow, and promotional execution
  • Monitor in-stock performance and work proactively to resolve out of stocks and distribution gaps
  • Plan and execute new item launches, seasonal promotions, and resets across the account portfolio
  • Conduct regular market visits, including ride-alongs with broker partners, to ensure strong in-store execution and identify opportunities
  • Build and manage account-level plans including promotional calendars, distribution targets, and volume forecasts
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on account performance, distribution progress, and market insights
  • Partner closely with the Director of Sales, Natural Channel on strategy, priorities, and escalations
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to support account needs and trade planning
