Are you a driven sales professional ready to make a real impact in the Industrial Water Treatment space? Solenis is looking for a Sales Manager to help expand our presence, build strong customer relationships, and deliver innovative solutions that support cleaner, safer, more efficient operations. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be the face of Solenis in your territory—growing our municipal market footprint and strengthening our brand through strategic, value-driven selling.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant sales or industry experience (Industrial Water Treatment or Pulp & Paper experience is a plus).
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • A hunter mentality, strong territory management skills, and the drive to win competitive business.
  • Proven ability to build trust, communicate value, and deliver results.
  • A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial Water Treatment or Pulp & Paper experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Grow market presence within your assigned region across municipal markets.
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships uncovering opportunities that expand our reach.
  • Own and manage a diverse book of business from small accounts to larger, established customers.
  • Build and execute annual business development and sales plans aimed at hitting ambitious, achievable growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the extended commercial team (Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, Applications) to understand market needs and drive differentiation.
  • Sell new programs and applications , presenting clear ROI and value delivery.
  • Maintain a healthy, accurate sales funnel in SFDC , ensuring profitability through effective pricing, pump settings, and AR management.
  • Champion safety by reviewing customer applications and ensuring processes meet Solenis standards.
  • Foster strong relationships and deliver excellent service that results in high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
