Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales, account management or similar function
  • Must have strong leadership skills
  • Must have experience in working collaboratively with internal resources to effectively resolve problems.
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to detail; must be able to understand and manage conflicting priorities; must have a proven track record for timely delivery of multiple parallel objectives, cost control, and customer satisfaction
  • Must be able to develop an accurate forecast
  • Must have strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to coach team members through challenging deals and provide confidence levels of deals and overall forecasts

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy for your team
  • Achieve or exceed the inside sales team quota
  • Achieve or exceed the maintenance team quota
  • Provide up to date and accurate forecasts for the Inside and Maintenance teams
  • Develop strategies to increase order intake
  • Work in partnership with the Head of Sales for Criminal Justice and Enrollment Services and Program Management to increase close rates
  • Manage the Inside and Maintenance team personnel
  • Enable each member of the team to perform all aspects of their job
  • Ensure pipeline and forecast accuracy in Salesforce
  • Provide coaching to inside sales and maintenance team to overcome internal and external roadblocks
  • Add a positive sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members
  • Develop cadences with your team to ensure pipeline and forecast accuracy
