About The Position

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Inside Sales Team Lead position. The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level. Aptive Pest Control: Aptive Pest Control provides pest control services to 34 states in the US. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales leadership experience or 2+ years of experience as part of a high-performing sales team
  • Knowledge of inside sales operations, performance metrics, and revenue-driving activities
  • Ability to coach sales representatives and analyze performance data using CRM and reporting systems
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with team members and leadership
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop inside sales representatives through ongoing one-on-one coaching, call reviews, and skill development to improve close rates, service rates, and contract value
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics, including KPIs, revenue targets, and activity levels, to ensure consistent goal attainment
  • Execute monthly and annual revenue goals by managing team performance and implementing corrective action plans when necessary
  • Provide real-time support and queue coverage to maintain consistent sales execution and customer experience
  • Analyze performance data using CRM and reporting systems to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Address performance gaps, scheduling needs, workflow disruptions, and customer escalations using established systems, policies, and procedures
  • Make routine decisions related to coaching plans, daily priorities, scheduling adjustments, and issue resolution within company guidelines
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Workforce Management, Technology, and HR to support sales effectiveness and operational alignment
  • Communicate performance expectations, feedback, and results clearly with sales representatives and leadership
  • Interact with customers only on escalated issues as needed to support service quality and retention
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
