As we continue expanding across Ohio, we are hiring a Sales Manager (In-Home Sales) to strengthen our Columbus market through hands-on selling, field coaching, and sales rep development. Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful in-home sales experience required
  • Strong understanding of the one-call-close model
  • Proven track record of high closing percentages
  • Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Comfortable managing both personal production + coaching responsibilities
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools, iPads, and sales technology

Responsibilities

  • Actively run in-home sales appointments on a regular basis to maintain selling proficiency, model best practices, and support market capacity needs
  • Follow Bath Experts’ proven one-call-close process
  • Have reps ride along to learn from your selling approach
  • Model top-tier communication, customer engagement, and close rates
  • Conduct hands-on field ride-alongs to provide real-time coaching
  • Train new hires on our sales process, product knowledge, and systems
  • Lead ongoing skill sessions, call reviews, and performance coaching
  • Support reps with pricing, negotiation, tech questions, and strategy
  • Identify performance gaps and build individualized coaching plans
  • Champion consistency in our proven sales methodology
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and sales team development
  • Contribute to a strong, winning sales culture in the Columbus market
