Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of business development experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong network and presence in the Houston/Woodlands chemical and maritime ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in chemical logistics, especially with ISO/specialized tank transport.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating a Transportation Management System (TMS) for daily shipment planning and execution.
• Possess CLP and Hazmat certifications; demonstrate regulatory compliance in logistics and hazardous materials sales.
• Must have experience in: Logistics - Warehousing & Fulfillment Centers, Logistics - Freight Forwarding (Air/Ocean International), Chemicals

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with chemical manufacturers and distributors.
• Sell specialized logistics solutions involving ship-borne chemical transport and ISO tanks.
• Leverage existing industry network to accelerate sales cycles and close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed new logo acquisition targets to drive revenue growth.
