Position Overview: The Sales Manager, Boutiques & Showrooms is responsible for driving sales growth across our boutique channel by leading and optimizing our external showroom network. This role partners closely with showroom reps to improve selling effectiveness, reporting discipline, and brand execution, while working cross-functionally to support growth goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years wholesale or boutique account sales experience
  • Experience managing showroom or rep networks
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Comfort traveling to key markets (Atlanta, Dallas, NY, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance and relationships across 4 showroom partners (with potential expansion)
  • Coach and influence showroom reps to improve conversion, productivity, and follow-through
  • Set and manage sales targets, pipelines, and forecasts in partnership with Wholesale leadership
  • Own weekly and monthly sales reporting and performance reviews
  • Train reps on new collections, key stories, and selling priorities
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling and market execution across showrooms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support inventory, launches, and account needs
