The Impact You’ll Make in this Role The person hired for the role of Sales Manager, Automotive Key Accounts will be responsible for leading and growing share of 3M’s Automotive portfolio at Stellantis, Hyundai and other European OEMs. This sales leader will lead a team of sales professionals through account planning to align 3M’s solutions to models and applications that are key to the customer’s success. This person will be responsible for ensuring your team build relationships with key decision makers at all levels at the OEMs and relevant Tiers. Additionally, this role will be responsible for interfacing with 3M Global Key Account organization to execute on the global growth strategy and build and finalize a healthy pipeline of growth opportunities. As Sales Manager, Automotive Key Accounts, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Driving sales growth of 3M’s Automotive product portfolio at assigned OEM accounts and applicable Tier suppliers in coordination with global team. Developing applications and advancing the commercialization of new products in the Automotive segment by directly interfacing with all levels of the customer including Purchasing, Design, Development Engineering and Program Management. Identifying, forecasting and executing target sales penetration of vehicle platforms. identifying new commercialization opportunities in conjunction with OEM and 3M portfolio teams. Utilizing effective leadership skills, product knowledge and market knowledge to solve complex system challenges with 3M solutions. Collaborating with the global key account team and manage opportunity pipeline with Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
