About The Position

Weee! is seeking an experienced and driven Advertising Sales Manager to lead the growth of our advertising business. In this role, you will manage a high-performing sales team, lead Advertising revenue growth, drive strategic advertiser partnerships, and scale a data-driven, customer-focused sales engine. We're seeking a passionate sales leader who blends exceptional sales expertise with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset. You excel at building partnerships, closing deals, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Advertising, Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media ad or related sales, preferably within e-commerce or the grocery industry
  • Experience mentoring and managing a junior account executives
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, with the ability to identify market trends and growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive Advertising Revenue Growth: Deliver strong sales performance through effective deal execution and team leadership.
  • Lead and Develop the Sales Team: Coach and develop Account Executives to foster a high-performance culture and achieve business goals.
  • Build Strategic Client Relationships: Establish and strengthen long-term partnerships with new and existing advertisers and partners at all levels.
  • Generate, Nurture, and Close Leads: Identify opportunities through outreach, meetings, and proposals - nurturing leads and turning into advertisers.
  • Develop Advertising Solutions: Understand client objectives and create effective data-driven advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Enhance Campaign Performance: Manage and optimize advertising delivery; provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Merchandising, Product, Growth, and Data teams to close deals and deliver high-quality campaigns efficiently and effectively.
