The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by supporting, developing, and optimizing the performance of our Account Executive (AE) team. This leader isn’t content to manage from a dashboard — they’re in the trenches every day with their reps. The ideal candidate thrives on rolling up their sleeves, jumping into live calls, activity barging, joining Zoom demos, and coaching in real time. They love helping AEs sharpen their pitch, refine discovery, handle objections, and close more deals. This role is for someone who leads through action, sets the pace for activity, and inspires accountability and excellence across the team.
