About The Position

Real Geeks provides powerful, easy-to-use real estate marketing and sales solutions designed to help agents and teams generate more business and close more deals. Our mission is to simplify lead generation, CRM management, and marketing automation for real estate professionals across North America and Canada. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by supporting, developing, and optimizing the performance of our Account Executive (AE) team. This leader isn’t content to manage from a dashboard — they’re in the trenches every day with their reps. The ideal candidate thrives on rolling up their sleeves, jumping into live calls, activity barging, joining Zoom demos, and coaching in real time. They love helping AEs sharpen their pitch, refine discovery, handle objections, and close more deals. This role is for someone who leads through action, sets the pace for activity, and inspires accountability and excellence across the team.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing a 100% remote Account Executives or an inside sales team in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of inside sales process, activity management, and closing strategies.
  • Hands-on, energetic leadership style — thrives on direct involvement with reps and customers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM systems.

  • Real estate tech industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in daily sales activity — listening to calls, joining Zoom demos, and providing immediate coaching and feedback.
  • Lead by example through consistent visibility and collaboration in the sales trenches.
  • Conduct regular call reviews, pipeline check-ins, and live deal strategy sessions.
  • Build a performance-driven, energetic culture centered around accountability, improvement, and team success.
  • Partner with AEs to identify and address bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Observe and improve talk tracks, discovery questions, and closing techniques through live and recorded call reviews.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and the Director of Sales to ensure seamless lead flow and consistent follow-up activity.
  • Help design and refine sales playbooks and activity metrics that drive predictable results.
  • Deliver live role-play sessions, objection-handling workshops, and product training to keep AEs sharp and confident.
  • Ensure every rep deeply understands Real Geeks’ platform, positioning, and differentiators.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to keep the sales team aligned with the latest updates and messaging.
  • Monitor key activity metrics (calls, demos, connects) and coach reps to hit and exceed performance goals.
  • Use CRM data (HubSpot) to track pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular performance insights and actionable recommendations to the VP and Director of Sales.
  • Use data and frontline observations to drive continuous improvement in team effectiveness.
