Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: Experience in sales, construction, pre-cast, or formwork industries preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Other Requirements: Must possess strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, problem-solving abilities, and resilience to navigate challenges and maximize growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research (20%): Analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation (20%): Finding and qualifying prospects through networking, outreach, and data analysis to support EFCO’s growth plan.
  • Client Relationship Management (20%): Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential clients to foster trust and collaboration. Facilitating proposals, negotiations, and contract agreements to secure partnerships or deals.
  • Strategic Planning (20%): Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute growth plans that align with the company's objectives.
  • Cross Departmental Collaboration (20%): Working with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations, districts, and territory managers) to align offerings with client needs and ensure successful execution.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing to meet organizational goals and priorities.
