About The Position

The Sales Lot Attendant is a crucial role responsible for maintaining the dealership's vehicle inventory in excellent condition and ensuring the lot showcases automotive excellence. This position involves managing, tracking, and photographing vehicles, maintaining precise digital records, conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and clarity, and resolving any inconsistencies. The attendant will also coordinate the distribution of materials, ensure the parking lot is a safe and secure environment, enhance vehicle appearance through detailing, and coordinate vehicle transportation. This role requires a versatile individual who can embrace additional challenges and contribute significantly to the dealership's success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, offering opportunities for professional growth in automotive retail.

Requirements

  • Navigate computer systems with ease and proficiency.
  • Read and prepare documents with clarity and precision.
  • Excel in interpersonal interactions, fostering a positive team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maintain the energy and agility needed for the role.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Proficiency in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to pass a physical examination and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately track, manage and photograph our fleet of vehicles, utilizing your keen attention to detail.
  • Maintain precise digital records, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure inventory accuracy and clarity. All while making sure the correct vehicles and proper information is on the vehicle
  • Identify and rectify any inventory inconsistencies with precision.
  • Distribute materials efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure our parking lot is a safe and secure environment, proactively addressing any safety concerns.
  • Enhance the appearance of our vehicles with your exceptional cleaning skills.
  • Coordinate and transport vehicles with expertise.
