About The Position
A Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and moving vehicles on a dealership lot ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Victory Layne Chevrolet is seeking a reliable and motivated Sales Lot Attendant to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. This role is essential in maintaining an organized and presentable vehicle lot, ensuring an excellent customer experience from the moment they arrive on our premises.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience in automotive or similar roles is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales lot and showroom areas.
- Move vehicles as needed for customer test drives and display purposes.
- Assist sales staff with vehicle preparation and lot inventory management.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles on the lot and report any issues.
- Ensure the lot is safe and free from hazards at all times.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers and team members.
