About The Position
Tom Wood Nissan, in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Lot Attendant to support our Sales team! The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our operations and ensure our business operates like a well-oiled machine.
Requirements
- Maintains a friendly, professional demeanor, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.
- Required- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive in the sales lane.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales lane and showroom.
- Parking, retrieving, and organizing vehicles as needed.
- Assisting the sales team with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and transportation.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive dealership experience.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming dealership and lot for everyone
- Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
