Location: Tennessee Franklin Sales Territory Nestled just south of Nashville, the Franklin territory is a vibrant and rapidly growing region known for its rich history, thriving economy, and strong sense of community. This dynamic area combines the charm of a picturesque small town with the energy and opportunity of a flourishing metropolitan hub. Franklin and its surrounding communities—including Brentwood, Cool Springs, and Spring Hill—are home to a diverse and expanding population, attracting families, entrepreneurs, and professionals alike. The Franklin territory is poised for exceptional growth, supported by a robust mix of industries such as healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and retail, with major employers fueling steady economic development. The territory consists of an energized group of approximately 50 agents, spanning the full spectrum of tenure—from seasoned veterans to ambitious newer agents and multi-office agents (MOAs) eager to accelerate their growth. These agents demonstrate strong execution in Property and Casualty as well as Financial Services production, with increasing focus on capturing small business and emerging market opportunities.
