Building and maintaining a strong network of senior internal and external relationships (community, industry) is crucial for client acquisition and expansion. The Sales Leader II is expected to lead the team in offering PNC's full range of products and services, assist team members in networking, and use sales tools to coach the team on converting sales opportunities. Developing team members, monitoring progress, identifying high-potentials, and motivating staff, including talent acquisition and performance management, are also core responsibilities. The role requires effective planning, organizing, directing, analyzing, and evaluating staff and processes, and regularly communicating strategy to day-to-day activities.
