About The Position

We are seeking a highly accomplished Sales Leader – Healthcare & Life Sciences with deep expertise in North American markets , particularly in managing large pharmaceutical and life sciences clients . The ideal candidate will drive enterprise sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term strategic relationships across pharmaceutical, healthcare provider, payer, and life sciences organizations .

Requirements

  • 15–20 years of overall sales experience , with a strong focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences in North America .
  • Proven track record in selling IT services, digital solutions, or consulting services to healthcare and life sciences organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience working with CRM tools , preferably Salesforce .
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and large deal pipelines effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare IT ecosystems in North America.
  • Experience with EHR/EMR platforms , healthcare data standards ( HL7, FHIR ), and interoperability frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Life Sciences platforms , clinical data systems, revenue management, and regulatory processes.
  • Experience selling Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise IT services .
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, FDA, CMS , and other North American healthcare and life sciences regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts across North America.
  • Drive new business development and expand strategic accounts within the LSHC sector.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships (CXO, VP, Director) with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing enterprise sales teams .
  • Manage complex sales cycles , including solution positioning, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to develop customized healthcare and life sciences solutions .
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within providers, payers, pharma, and life sciences organizations.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records , submit accurate sales forecasts and reports, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Ensure ethical sales practices and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
