About The Position

Join us in Bali to drive sales for our portfolio companies. This role is for results-oriented individuals who are passionate about sales and want to learn how to build and manage a sales pipeline in a high-growth tech environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in closing deals, directly contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, outreach, and inbound inquiry management.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Support senior sales executives in preparing for demos, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Heavily utilize AI tools for lead scoring, sales forecasting, generating personalized email sequences, and analyzing sales call data for coaching and improvement.
